Can you ship alcohol as a corporate gift to my clients and employees?
Yes. Every gift is sold and shipped by a licensed retailer, packed for transit and delivered with an adult signature (21+) required at the door. We ship to the majority of U.S. states and confirm every address before an order is placed.
Can each recipient receive a different bottle or a different address?
Yes. One order can carry from 2 to 1,000 recipients at different addresses, and you can give different groups different gifts, engraving text and messages. Upload a spreadsheet or choose recipients from your address book.
What can be engraved on the bottle?
Up to two lines of text, such as a recipient's name, a milestone or your company name, engraved directly on the glass. Engraving is added per recipient, so every bottle in a bulk order can be personalized differently.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Send a single bottle to one executive or a thousand gifts to an entire client list from the same account.
How does pricing work?
Each client account carries its own agreed pricing, shown privately inside the portal. Pay by card at checkout, or apply for invoiced billing on approved accounts.
How long does a corporate gift order take?
In-stock bottles without personalization ship within 1 to 2 business days. Engraving and gift boxes are handled in-house and typically add 2 to 4 business days. Every shipment has its own tracking in your orders page.
Why is Lusendova invitation-only?
Each client receives a private portal with a curated collection, their own pricing, address book and order history. Working by invitation lets us hold allocated bottles for our clients and give every account a dedicated concierge.
