Holiday timing
In-stock bottles without personalization ship within 1 to 2 business days. Engraving and gift boxes add 2 to 4 business days. For December delivery, we recommend placing engraved orders by the first week of December and non-engraved orders by mid-December, and we publish exact cutoff dates to every client each season.
Every shipment goes out with an adult signature required, so remind recipients who work from home that someone 21 or older needs to sign. Your orders page shows the tracking status of every box, so you can answer "did mine arrive" without opening a spreadsheet.

Alcohol gifts are sold and shipped by a licensed retailer, packed for transit and delivered with an adult signature (21+). We ship to the majority of U.S. states and flag any address we cannot serve before the order is placed, so nothing bounces after the fact.

When should I place my holiday corporate gift order?
Engraved orders by the first week of December and non-engraved orders by mid-December for reliable delivery before the holidays. Exact cutoff dates are published to clients every season.
Can I send different gifts to different people in the same order?
Yes. Build the order in batches: one bottle and message for your top clients, another for the wider list, another for your team. Everything ships as one order with one receipt.
Do you need every recipient's address up front?
Yes, we ship directly to each recipient, so each needs a street address. Upload them in a spreadsheet or pick them from the address book saved in your portal from last year.
Is there a minimum for holiday orders?
No minimum. Send two bottles or a thousand from the same account.
Can you ship to a home address?
Yes. Home delivery is common for remote teams and clients. Someone 21 or older must sign for the package.
