Why an engraved bottle beats a gift basket
Most corporate gifts are consumed and forgotten within a week. A bottle of 18-year Scotch engraved with a client's name gets opened on an occasion, and the empty bottle often stays on the shelf. That is months of your name sitting in the recipient's office, which is the whole point of a client appreciation gift.
Engraving also solves the "did they notice" problem. A generic bottle could have come from anyone. A bottle that carries their name, the deal you closed together or the year you have worked together could only have come from you.
What we can engrave
Two lines of text, engraved directly into the glass rather than printed on a label. Common choices are the recipient's name and a short message, a company name and a year, a milestone such as "10 years together", or a closing date and property address.
Because engraving is set per recipient in your portal, a bulk order of 200 engraved whiskey bottles can carry 200 different names. Upload your spreadsheet with an engraving column and we take it from there. Many clients pair the engraving with a wooden gift box and a printed gift message for a complete presentation.

Bulk engraving to multiple addresses
One order can carry from 2 to 1,000 recipients, each at their own address, with their own bottle, engraving and message. We validate every address before checkout, ship each box separately with adult signature required, and give you a tracking number per recipient in your orders page.
Engraving is done by our own team rather than sent to a third party, so personalized orders ship on a predictable timeline. In-stock bottles without personalization go out within 1 to 2 business days. Engraving and gift boxes typically add 2 to 4 business days.

How many characters can be engraved?
Two lines of about 20 characters each, which is enough for a name and a short message. If you have something longer in mind, our concierge will help you fit it or suggest a layout.
Can every bottle in a bulk order have different engraving?
Yes. Engraving is set per recipient. Upload a spreadsheet with an engraving column, or type it in for each recipient in the portal.
Which bottles can be engraved?
Nearly every bottle in the collection: bourbon, rye, single malt Scotch, Irish whiskey, tequila, Cognac, rum, Champagne and wine. A few unusual bottle shapes are excluded and are marked in the portal.
How much does engraving cost?
Engraving is priced per bottle and shown with your account pricing inside the portal, alongside the wooden gift box and gift message options.
How long do engraved corporate gifts take to ship?
Engraving and gift boxes are handled in-house and typically add 2 to 4 business days to an order. During the holiday season we publish cutoff dates to every client.
