Not everyone drinks, and a good recognition program respects that. Lusendova is an alcohol gifting service, so we recommend confirming with recipients or offering a choice inside your program, and sending our gifts to the people who will enjoy them. Every shipment requires a signature from someone 21 or older.
Keep the message personal. A printed gift message from the direct manager, not a generic line from the company, is what people keep.

Can each employee receive a different bottle and engraving?
Yes. Build the order in groups, for example by tenure, and set the engraving per person. Everything ships as one order with one receipt.
Can you ship to employees' home addresses?
Yes. Most employee gifts ship to homes. Someone 21 or older must sign for the delivery.
What if some employees do not drink?
We recommend confirming preferences inside your recognition program and sending Lusendova gifts to those who will enjoy them. We currently offer spirits, wine and Champagne only.
Is there a minimum order for employee gifts?
No minimum. Send one anniversary gift this month and fifty next month from the same account.
Can we be invoiced monthly?
Card at checkout is standard. Invoiced billing is available for approved accounts, which suits monthly recognition programs.
